The Layer Manager stencil can be opened from Shapes / More Shapes / bVisual.
The Toggle Layer Button and Layer Set Button shapes can also be placed from their respective tabs on the Layer Manager panel.
The Page Title shape merely displays the value in the Page Title Shape Data row of the page. This value is set whenever a layer set is recalled using a Layer Set Button.
